If I had another house, I’d want Kathleen to sell it for me. She had so much patience as I held out for the highest price. Kathleen was beyond helpful, making the sale totally stress free. I have moved four times, so far in my lifetime and I have to say that Cheri is, by far, the best. She knows her stuff when it comes to market knowledge and negotiations.
