Her aggressive plan and attention to detail sold me. Through the short timeframe for it all (four days from signing on to accepted offer) made me feel that my home sale was the only item on her plate, and that comforted me greatly. Jamie helped guide us through the multi-processes of attempting to buy vacant land to build, then buy a pre-built home, then back to vacant land to build on, until finally finding our new home. Dealing with items out of either of our control, Jamie helped keep my wife and I level headed with proper advice, and didn't steer us wrong. Jamie always had our best interests at heart through the process. When it came time to sell our home, it was sold within 72 hours of listing for 70K over asking price. That transaction was so much more smooth as Jamie was able to drive the large majority of it. Without a doubt, if we ever need to sell, Jamie is our agent once again, and life long friend!

Jamie is amazing! We ran into an issue where we were potentially on the line for thousands of dollars out of pocket to cover a cost based on something in our HOA that we weren't aware of. Jamie did the research into our original HOA contract, contacted board members for exact verbiage and figured out timeline as to when we would have been made aware of certain clauses. In the end, thanks to her diligence and dedication, we not only sold our home for above asking but didn't have to cover the extra cost. I have known Jen a long time as she frequently volunteered her time to contribute to various team sports at my high school. She's always been a wonderfully proactive person with so much to offer. My fiancee and I found ourselves in the unique situation of house-hunting from out of state, to have a home to return to after a winter away. Jen supported us through the process and went way above and beyond to help us find and tour properties remotely. Her straightforward and honest disposition, coupled with her knack for understanding our wants and needs, allowed us to be fully comfortable in trusting her impressions of an option despite not seeing it for ourselves outside of the FaceTime tours she went out of her way to provide. The listing process was easy and went according to plan. The pictures were professional and aided in attracting buyers. She has several years of experience and an impressive network of connections which gave us visibility with more buyers. We did a coming soon promotion that got 8 showings lined up, the first day the house hit the Market and it sold! Not bad for the dead of winter. The home was not issue free. We appreciated Shannon's honest, up front approach in addressing the problem. The integrity in which she had us disclose the information, about the foundation crack, was admired by potential buyers. Wow, the sale was quick and easy. We were in Florida, so Shannon arranged an out of state closing. Throughout the entire process she kept us up to date and promptly informed.
