Every time my husband and I took a trip to Cambria, we would stop by a realtor office on Main Street, trying to get more information on the properties that were currently on the market, but nothing was a good fit. Truth be told we were referred to REMax – Pines by the Sea but we were not acquainted with Jose Luis. We walked-in to the office, unannounced, and Jose Luis introduced himself. He took the time to listen to us, answered all our questions, and provided us with additional/relevant information. I remember leaving the office and turning to my husband and saying, “I like him…I trust him”. We truly believe things happen for a reason, the original realtor we were going to work with unfortunately (fortunately) was not able to work with us and thankfully Jose Luis was available.
