This transaction was hard since it was a court-ordered sale. It was a different one to put it nicely. Dante was professional, informative, and knowledge based. This was a 5 month escrow due to the court sale. He re-assured us the whole way. I will continue to refer and use him moving forward for any sell or purchase of a home.
