Very responsive. Even while on the mend after surgery, she was on top of all the details. She handled my emotional craziness amazingly. If I could give her more stars I would! Highly recommend!

We couldn’t ask for a better realtor than having Kimberly Bean
We couldn’t ask for a better realtor than having Kimberly Bean. My wife and I were not the most knowledgeable about the home buying process. We had a million questions that Kimberly answered quickly and correctly. Though she always answered my calls, we communicated mostly through text and email only because it was what I preferred. Most of the time, Kimberly’s responses came in seconds never more than a minute or two. I know we weren’t her only clients, but it really felt like it. She took us through a number of different homes with various buying options, traditional, short sale, bank owned, etc, and she gave us the pros and cons of each as well as strategies of getting a great deal. In the end, Kimberly guided us to a house, in a location we were not expecting but really love. I also feel we got a great deal. She made what is a complicated stressful process feel easy and actually fun. Believe it or not, I was actually sad when it ending and look forward to using her again in the future to sell a home.

Having dealt with real estate for the last 14 years I have got to know a lot of agents and brokers. I have used Kimberly Bean for the last couple of years and will continue to use her as my number 1 "go to" agent. She has sold numerous houses for me as well as finding renters. Before signing any contract, she has a strategy in place so everyone knows what to expect. She has never let me down and I highly recommend her and her excellent service.

Kim was a wonderful agent when my wife and I were buying our first home
Kim was a wonderful agent when my wife and I were buying our first home. My wife and I work swing shifts so it was difficult to find time to look at houses. Kim always made time in her schedule to help us no matter the time or day it was. Any messages we left her she responded quickly and always kept us updated on everything beginning to finish. She always went that extra mile and put 110% into helping us. I would recommend Kim to all my friends and family. If we ever decide to move or buy another house she will be the first number I call.
