We couldn’t ask for a better realtor than having Kimberly Bean. My wife and I were not the most knowledgeable about the home buying process. We had a million questions that Kimberly answered quickly and correctly. Though she always answered my calls, we communicated mostly through text and email only because it was what I preferred. Most of the time, Kimberly’s responses came in seconds never more than a minute or two. I know we weren’t her only clients, but it really felt like it. She took us through a number of different homes with various buying options, traditional, short sale, bank owned, etc, and she gave us the pros and cons of each as well as strategies of getting a great deal.
