I have 20 years experience as a real estate professional in residential and commercial sales. I have created a substantial group of clients that has seen extraordinary returns under their investments with either flipping or very profitable income producing properties. I always create a win-win situation working with people to help find exactly what they are looking for, whether it is a primary or secondary home or a rental income property for years to come. I listen to the needs of my clients and work diligently to achieve their goals by finding the property they desire. This is extremely important to me to build lasting client relationships. I played six years of professional baseball and have coached another 8 years. This has provided me with the experience to head my real estate team for the home buying process. Part of my team building technique includes coordinating lenders, title companies, contractors, home inspectors, etc. I am a 100% people person and love to provide the whole real estate experience from the first property showing all the way through settlement. I like to personally be there for my clients from start to finish whether they are buying or selling.
