Glenn and his team knew exactly what was needed to be done to our home for it to sell quickly. He staged it with furniture since it was empty, changed the pulls in the kitchen, replaced bulbs with brighter one, and made a major change in the master bathroom. He made sure someone from his team were at the showings. He was able to get an offer withing 4 weeks. It had been on the market for 5 months with another realtor with no offers. He guided us through the negotiations and we were able to settle on a price. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this company.

A few years back Gail was recommended to us by a friend. We placed our Condo with her and she worked hard to sell it, but it was a down market. She did manage to get us an acceptable offer at that time, but the buyer backed out. When we decided to list again recently, we called Gail - only Gail.
