The house had a great layout but years of deferred maintenance and an "as Is" listing made it a difficult sale - particularly since we were selling from another state. And then the flipper Buyer demanded that we remove the cement patio table; Sally made it go away! And her husband fell in the pool trying to tape the water level - when the Buyers claimed it leaked!!! Full Service Agent!

Gail went out of her way to accommodate our schedule. She showed us all the houses that fit our criteria. We live out of state and she kept us informed of any property available we may have been interested in. Even at the final inspection a sliding door was broken she made sure we could still close and she saw to it that the door was fixed. She help guide us through the whole purchase process from recommending a bank to getting us in touch with the HOA. She got us a great price and I can't wait to see her again just to say hi.
