Sally was very helpful in the ~8 months to took to sell my mother's house in Mariners' Sands. The house had a great layout but years of deferred maintenance and an "as Is" listing made it a difficult sale - particularly since we were selling from another state. And then the flipper Buyer demanded that we remove the cement patio table; Sally made it go away!
