We met Erica at an Open House she was hosting. We were immediately impressed by her professionalism and the fact she went above expectations by having a charcuterie board and beverages for her guests. While we "thought " we had an agent we were working with, Erica impressed us with her knowledge of the market. As we toured the house, Erica promoted the benefits and advantages of the property. After meeting some other agents that afternoon, we decided we wanted Erica to be "our" agent. We were on a tight schedule with a cross country move to Florida, Erica was with us all the way, with visiting properties with us in person or via video. In short order, we found a property we liked and were in our new house within 30 days. Without Erica, we would have never been able to accomplish the move in that time frame without her.
