I can’t praise Erica enough. From the very start, her knowledge and positive attitude made the process of selling a lot less stressful. All throughout, Erica remained in constant contact to make sure I was always informed with updates and was glad to answer any questions. If any challenges arose, she was quick to provide a solution. Robert’s market knowledge was on full display navigating the new home market on the Treasure Coast. After a thorough needs analysis meeting of what we were looking to achieve in our new home build Robert was able to make some great recommendations on where we should build and the builder best suited for our project. He assisted in the planning and helped throughout the construction process. Robert’s background in construction helped make the project a huge success. I would highly recommend Robert based on his experience, work ethic and sense of urgency.

From the start Erica was very thorough, explained the process from start to finish. Allowed time for questions through checkins and emails. Was very patient with us on our home process. Made it very clear, to take our time and be picky if we have too. This is our home and she is here to assist. I enjoyed every minute working with Erica. I have referred other people to her as well. The process was seamless. I would definitely work with Erica again. Wonderful person and very respectful. Enjoyed her presence and I would definitely do the home buying process again.

Five stars are not enough for Brian Bassett. We give him a 10! Brian was amazing in helping us purchase a 1031 Exchange property - long distance. He listened to our wants/needs, explained all about purchasing property in Fl, and made sure we met our deadlines. Working with Brian, we never had a worry - he pulled from his vast network of contacts to set us up with the right partners we needed to get the transaction done. Brian’s communication throughout the process was excellent and timely. He is someone who wants to ensure that you are happy with your purchase and he’ll go above and beyond to make sure that happens. He was the perfect realtor for us and we will definitely work with him when it’s time to purchase our next property.
