From the time the listing went live until we had a great offer was less than 24 hours. She really knows how to negotiate and she got us a great price for our home. We had lived in our house for 33 years and had no clue where to begin the process of selling. We contacted Kathy through a mutual friend who had a great experience with Kathy. I want to thank Kathy so much for making this a great experience. From the start, she explained what we needed to do to list our home of 36 years. She understands that selling a house is an emotional experience because this is a home with years of memories. I never felt like I was being ignored working with Tonya. She always answered her phone. If I had a question she knew the answer or found out for me. My house sold in seven days…so Tonya keep me informed…stayed on the buyers agent to keep the sale on track. When working with all the paperwork Tonya was very detailed…I never felt that like I didn’t understand the next step in the sale process, and the papers the needed to be signed.
