From the time the listing went live until we had a great offer was less than 24 hours. She really knows how to negotiate and she got us a great price for our home. She and her husband even helped us move! We have never had an agent that worked so hard for us. We will never use anyone else.

We had lived in our house for 33 years and had no clue where to begin the process of selling. We contacted Kathy through a mutual friend who had a great experience with Kathy. We immediately felt comfortable and never felt that any question was too silly. She took her time walking through our house and yard then we sat down together and she explained strategies to best present and sell our home. Kathy was quick to respond to our many questions always keeping us apprised about what to expect next. Her advice was always spot on. We had 3 offers immediately and closed within a month. Amazing!! She continued to be there for us by offering her assistance with information on necessary contacts and to help us any way she could! I want to thank Kathy so much for making this a great experience. From the start, she explained what we needed to do to list our home of 36 years. She understands that selling a house is an emotional experience because this is a home with years of memories. She was there constantly checking in to see how things were going and how she could help. She even spent 2 days helping with our garage sale! Who does that? Kathy does and made it an enjoyable event. If we were staying local and selling another house, we definitely would be hiring Kathy Thompson. She is first-class!

We shopped for a realtor, interviewing 3, and KT was the one chosen because she could see the personal dilemma in our decision to sell on our terms.
