Kathy went above and beyond for us from the initial interview and walk thru to the signing of the closing docs. Had excellent suggestions for staging. From the time the listing went live until we had a great offer was less than 24 hours. She really knows how to negotiate and she got us a great price for our home. She and her husband even helped us move! We have never had an agent that worked so hard for us. We will never use anyone else.

We had lived in our house for 33 years and had no clue where to begin the process of selling. We contacted Kathy through a mutual friend who had a great experience with Kathy. We immediately felt comfortable and never felt that any question was too silly. She took her time walking through our house and yard then we sat down together and she explained strategies to best present and sell our home.
