Fonda has extensive and expert knowledge of the real estate market because she has grown up in Pinellas county and has been in the industry since she was a college student. Fonda walked me through all aspects of contract strategy and a sound plan for me. She managed all next steps and walked me through everything through the day of settlement. Fonda is an excellent real estate professional. When my husband and I found out that we would be relocating to St Petersburg from Utah, we had only three weeks to prepare. We didn't know anything about the city, but we were determined to only move once rather than to a rental and then to a home. I called REMAX and said, "I need an experienced realtor." Fonda stepped up to the challenge of finding us a home in a very short time, based on descriptions of who we are, our budget, and our style. Within a week, she found the PERFECT home for us, in the PERFECT neighborhood for us, and conveniently located for my husband's work, city life, and the beaches. She took us on walk-thrus via Facetime and worked hard to negotiate a good deal on the property. Fonda always returned calls promptly and was able to answer all questions. She kept the process moving from that initial call to closing. She's on top of her game. We actually closed within one month. I can't believe I'm sitting in this dream house! I totally recommend Fonda if you're purchasing a home. She knows the ins and outs of this fantastic city. If you're relocating, this is your realtor!

Rob, made our first time home buying process extremely smooth and stress free. Being a veteran, i particularly enjoyed his structure and get to worl attitude. His knowledge of the area and how the market is currently doing, made shopping around fun and put us at ease. Robs ability to negotiate and respond in a timely manner, kept things moving along quickly! He also met with us after normal business hours and weekends, and never complained about it. Julie helped us buy our first apartment & when it was time for more space, she was our first call. Julie patiently showed us numerous properties & played a key role in our decision making process. She then expertly negotiated a fair & reasonable price. All of this, while listing our former home, which sold in record time. I think one of Julie’s strongest skills is her knowledge of pricing. Our list price was perfect & I think that’s why we found a buyer so quickly. Julie also helped us with the coop application & to prepare for the interview. Full service is an understatement & in the end, I consider Julie a friend, trusted agent & wonderful neighborhood resource. A little over a year ago I started looking at homes from afar to become a snowbird calling several realtors many of whom either didn't call back, cared more about their commission than my needs, or had lack luster about their career; I'm also not a novice flipping many homes in the past up north. With that said, Rebecca truly was outstanding in every way possible! It DOES make a difference hiring broker who is very experienced A-Z, it can and will make or break a deal. She actually "listened" to my needs then guided me accordingly knowing each and every neighborhood or pocket of St Pete to find me a good fit. I happened to find a place that went on the market the that night, calling her before work hours the next morning not to mention we hadn't even personally met yet, dropping everything to be at the property on a moments notice. This was not a normal deal either, it was a hot property that had several offers immediately but she whisked us off to her office to get the contracts out asap, all the while remaining in constant contact w/the other broker whom she had a very good rapport with. In addition, Rebecca made great suggestions throughout the negotiations which I was hesitant to accept because often I think I know it all but her personality and knowledge allowed me to trust her which ultimately lead to edging out the other offers to get my home. Bottom-line Rebecca was the deciding factor in getting my home! Then to top it off she had a vacation planned having to leave prior to the closing but had a great business partner Fonda to assist w/any last minute questions or details all the while Rebecca kept checking in w/me despite being on vacation - now that's commitment. I would not waste my time writing such a glowing review had it not been earned in its entirety, HIRE REBECCA STEWART!!!

I was referred to Marion through a mutual associate. I was moving to the area from out of state and wanted to deal with a Realtor who was recommended by someone I trusted. Marion fit the bill perfectly. We hit it off quickly because of her personable nature and developed an excellent working relationship very quickly. Marion is knowledgeable and seriously cared about my finding exactly what I was looking for. I was on a tight timeframe to find a place and Marion worked diligently to make sure I saw all possibilities.
