John and Brenda hit it out of the ball park !!!! First help us sell are home with aggressive work. Open house on week ends follow up with us on what people like or did not like. Sold my home quick and effortless. 2nd helping to get the next home that went quick John took me to any home we wanted to see. Found one quick and closed. Al was incredible and had my back through negotiations and inspections. He advice was always spot on and well advised. He took the stress out of the process for us. I will also add that he has a list of sub contractors that saved us a fortune. We will never do a repair without calling him. My advise to you is call him. We ALWAYS will.

Amanda is a good friend and once again did an amazing job helping us with an unorthodox experience. After moving to Nashville in late 2016 she expertly handled the sale of our house in St. Pete, so naturally we recruited her again after deciding to purchase a vacation condo back in the area. She certainly earned her money as she had to endure many FaceTime showings, wishywashy buyers/realtors, and difficult COVID restrictions all with her trademark smile and perpetual good cheer. Once again her and her team professionally guided us from interest to closing and we will continue to strongly recommend her to anyone interested in buying/selling in the area.
