I am thrilled to be blessed with the guidance of MY Realtor. We were able to coordinate the seller’s new purchase on the same day as our closing, negotiate a new roof and new AC. The timing of the purchase has allowed us to rent the property right away. My wife was my agent, so I may be a little bias, however, I believe she is the smartest agent around. Fonda became my agent when my original agent went on maternity leave. Within hours of becoming my agent, she found my perfect Florida home. I had previously found other condos that didn’t work out for whatever reason, so I wasn’t too confident. But Fonda was very professional and helped me structure a successful offer, despite there already being another offer in place. She gave great advice on price, and other elements of the offer, that resulted in it being the winning bid. Although I have yet to see the place in person, Fonda also took me on two very detailed video walkthroughs of the place, and inspected things I would not have thought of. I highly recommend her.

We needed to sell our Co-Op in Brooklyn. Simple right? We live 4 hours away and with Covid were not able to meet with Julie personally to make all of the necessary arrangements. Julie took care of everything. She did it with professionalism, knowledge, efficiency and expertise. She took all of our phone calls and promptly responded to all of our emails. Anthony helped me find my house 8 years ago, and I was VERY particular. I found the PERFECT house, eventually, and Anthony's involvement made the process super smooth. When it was time for my family to relocate north, I called Anthony again, and he helped us sell our house. Again, process was super smooth, and if I ever moved back to Florida, I'd look Anthony up for help! He is the consummate professional and has a can-do attitude. I'd give him 6 stars if I could!

If you need to find a home, negotiate a purchase price, negotiate contract terms, get through a board application & interview process…Julie is the agent for you. As a first time buyer (who had no clue what this process would be like…especially during COVID), I couldn’t have found a better person to guide me through this process. Not only does she have endless experience with the buying and selling process, but she’s on the money when it comes to value (and she guides you through the negotiation process to get exactly where you want to be). I have never met anyone manages so much, yet still takes every call / text / email…no matter what the hour. She gave me so much time, attention, assistance, and knowledge – I felt as though she was working with me exclusively. She had so much patience with me (and my endless questions), and always volunteered her thoughts, contacts and expertise without ever making me feel pressured in any way.
