As an out of town buyer, I appreciated the expertise, responsiveness and attentiveness that was given me in my recent purchase of two investment properties. When I approached Hemanth regarding my interest, he was able to create a clear list of specifications that would achieve my goals. He continued to provide me a list of properties for my perusal, and very quickly a couple properties of interest were chosen. Looking by myself, I had not been able to find anything similar for the past year. Hemanth really has an understanding of Atlanta geography and is aware of his client's needs. I will definitely be using Hemanth as I continue to purchase more investment properties in Atlanta.
