This was our third home he sold for us and it was another outstanding job. He placed us on the market on Thursday, multiple offers on Sunday after the open house and binding Monday. He is a wealth of knowledge and has experience dealing with difficult and strange cases (luckily ours was not one). High confidence in his abilities. He also knows and can vision remodel value with his experiences in that are as well. He's an agent that under that has done major remodel projects and understands what it will take if you are planning major changes to your new home. Can't say enough great things about him.
