Tracy has a team of tradesmen to get the repairs done and at a good price. I live out of town, and it would have been tough without her. She is easy to work with and is a well-seasoned agent. She handled the whole process very well and with good communications. Even though the market was experiencing a down-turn, she got a sale contract in just a few weeks.
