This was our third home he sold for us and it was another outstanding job. He placed us on the market on Thursday, multiple offers on Sunday after the open house and binding Monday. He is a wealth of knowledge and has experience dealing with difficult and strange cases (luckily ours was not one). High confidence in his abilities.
