Until I hired Nick, my house had been on the market for 30 days with little attention. The market analysis done on my house by the previous realtor was so far off it's a wonder anyone had looked at the house at all. I found Nick through an online search and after speaking with him he went and looked at the house and new exactly what we should be asking. I had a offer on the table three weeks later and just closed escrow.
