The BEST Agent we found in Florida! Since we are from an other country, looking for a little place under the sun, we did not have any knowledge on how to process for that kind of transaction. We were looking for someone patient enough to inform us and welling to deal with buyers like us. We get in touch with others agents, but found they were not ready to deal with us because of the additional difficulties of our situation. Then finally, we found Kelly Reilly. For us she was just fantastic, taking her time by phone, by email, informing us about all the rules and responding to all of our questions. We finally plan a 4 days weekend and she reserve herself for us almost all of that 4 days, found lots of houses, condos, apartments to present to us. She took us in her car for a ride and show us all we have to now in the area. We finally found a house we like, made the offer and she did everything with us by phone and email making complicated things so easy. Again, thank you so much Kelly for everything you did for us. She is the BEST agent we ever found in all Florida !!

Kelly is an exceptional agent and individual. From the moment I met her, I knew that she was the agent for us. She's easy to communicate with, has excellent skills and is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in Florida. I had a long distance sale so it was not easy to coordinate everything. She put me in contact with reliable people from movers, plumbers, roofers, home cleaners, title insurance agent, etc. and coordinated everything to make it all seamless. When Kelly calls her "people" they show up ready to work in an hour or two. She's successful at what she does because she's extremely caring, works very hard and listens to your needs. She doesn't miss a thing! I miss speaking with her almost daily but I know I've made a long time friend.

We started our search for the right house a couple years ago. We are snowbirds so i thought it would be a little more difficult, but with kelly's help it wasnt difficult at all. Kelly was always available to show us whatever we wanted to see. She never got tired of showing us places, thank goodness because it took us awhile! Then we found the right house, she was on top of negotiations all the time, even though the other realtor kept making things difficult! After all was settled, she made sure we had all the information we needed for insurance, closing, title, property taxes, flood information, it just goes on and on but she made sure we were on top of all of it. Thank you, kelly, we truly could not have had such a smooth closing without you?
