Let me start off by saying, buying a house during the pandemic was not an easy feat. Charlotte was basically at our beck and call whenever we wanted to see a property and had questions about anything. She was there any time we needed her from start to finish. I flew in from Phoenix and had 4 days to find a home. Brian trekked through a snowstorm to ensure I was able tour all 7 houses that I had requested to see. He was present for the inspection and was able to successfully negotiate repair of the items I had requested. He was able to obtain a $500 credit for a shower repair. I highly recommend Brian. He is there to walk you through the entire process and ensure your transaction runs smoothly. He is personable and available to his clients.
