Charlotte is well organized, she also is urgent and efficient when it comes to her work. She gives her honest opinion which I was very nervous going into the house buying process because I knew absolutely nothing. She isn’t just there to get a check she truly enjoys her work. She respects your budget as well making sure this a right choice for you and your family. I will always recommend her to anyone who is needing a strong realtor to find their needs to a new beginning.

We went through a lengthy process to get our perfect home but we ended up getting it all thanks to charlotte! And to top it off we have equity in the house! We couldn’t be anymore grateful she really knows what she’s doing and is always around to contact if you have any concerns or questions. If we ever buy another house I know who to contact again. I will never go through anyone else.

Charlotte was basically at our beck and call whenever we wanted to see a property and had questions about anything. She was there any time we needed her from start to finish.
