Terry sold our house for us . He went above and beyond in his dedication of the sale of our home. I could always get a hold of him when needed. They gave me advice on the necessary items to fix without doing everything. I wanted to fix many things but unfortunately you can't do everything without breaking the bank. They sold three house very quickly which surprised us. They were always courteous and professional. I highly recommend Terry you won't go wrong because his knowledge is quintessential in the market. They also know many contractors to help fix electrical or furnace certifications for example. If you go elsewhere all I can say is good luck.
