Richard was an incredible realtor and I would recommend him to everyone. He is highly attentive and extremely knowledgeable on properties. Despite the market being absolutely crazy we only spent less than a month looking at and touring homes before finding the perfect one. Once we decided to put in an offer, Rich was very open and honest with us in terms of advising us about what we needed to do in order for our offer to even be competitive. Once we agreed on terms, he worked on off hours just to get our offer written up and then sent to us for review. The offer was on point and didn’t require revisions upon our review which was a huge plus since many people in the home buying process often made mistakes and those mistakes caused delays which we couldn’t afford. Our offer was stand out enough amongst multiple other offers that the sellers chose us. Even after our offer was accepted he worked with us throughout the process to ensure we were comfortable and understood what each step meant. We were even able to close in 18 days.
