Once we agreed on terms, he worked on off hours just to get our offer written up and then sent to us for review. The offer was on point and didn’t require revisions upon our review which was a huge plus since many people in the home buying process often made mistakes and those mistakes caused delays which we couldn’t afford. Even after our offer was accepted he worked with us throughout the process to ensure we were comfortable and understood what each step meant. We were even able to close in 18 days.
