Richard was an incredible realtor and I would recommend him to everyone. He is highly attentive and extremely knowledgeable on properties. Despite the market being absolutely crazy we only spent less than a month looking at and touring homes before finding the perfect one. Once we decided to put in an offer, Rich was very open and honest with us in terms of advising us about what we needed to do in order for our offer to even be competitive. Once we agreed on terms, he worked on off hours just to get our offer written up and then sent to us for review. The offer was on point and didn’t require revisions upon our review which was a huge plus since many people in the home buying process often made mistakes and those mistakes caused delays which we couldn’t afford. Our offer was stand out enough amongst multiple other offers that the sellers chose us. Even after our offer was accepted he worked with us throughout the process to ensure we were comfortable and understood what each step meant. We were even able to close in 18 days. He checks on us to this day to see how things are going. Bottom line, Rich is a stellar agent and an even better person and you would be making a mistake to not choose him as your agent.

He truly puts the needs of his clients first and showed his professionalism and sincerity throughout the entire process. At one point, we had a cash offer that we seriously entertained, which would have removed James from the transaction entirely. He truly wanted me to do what was best for me and my family, even if it meant losing his commission and not being part of the transaction. My wife and I began searching for a home late January when we requested a tour of a home last minute. James came out to work with two strangers on a rainy Saturday to show us two homes. We decided to work with James as our agent from then on and it was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. As first time home-buyers we needed a lot of help and James went above and beyond. He gave amazing advice and guidance which, due to his experience was instrumental in helping us find our perfect home. Of course, James has other clients but never once did we feel like we weren't his only ones. He went out of his way to out of his way to provide excellent service no matter the time of day. There was never a single moment where we felt unsure about anything with James at our back. He is very personable in his business dealings yet exceptionally professional as well. James came in with a slam-dunk and found us the perfect home within our budget, commute parameters, and area within our first week of looking. We couldn't have asked for more out of him because he already gave 100%. We never leave reviews online but in this instance we absolutely had to. James was very patient in helping me find a home. He would regularly suggest about 4-5 homes in whatever area I requested and adjusted his recommendations very accurately based on what features I requested. Throughout the searching process, I switched my search from a small, single family house to looking for a townhouse in reaction to seeing a few places and James switched his recommendations readily for me without hesitation.
