By way of background, I am a retired professional and owned commercial and residential properties my whole life. During a visit to Tennessee I decided to look at property in the Lake Cumberland region of Kentucky. I literally had never stepped foot in Kentucky. I have grandkids in Ohio/friends in Tennessee and wanted to get a feel for the waterfront areas around Somerset. Cheryl showed me a few properties, understanding I was not yet ready to purchase. The deal was a little complex in that the owners needed to stay in place 4- 6 months before moving overseas, but we did it.
