Apryl is simply the best realtor and human! I would give her 10 stars if that’s poossible. She was very professional, kind, and listened to all my needs and wants. In the end, she was able to get our house sold (at a higher than ask price). This is the second time she sold one of my properties and we got both properties under contract within less than a week and over ask - if that’s not amazing I don’t know what is. So do yourself a favor and just give her a chance to represent you, you won’t regret that decision.

Putting a house up for sale is a hard thing to do especially when it's the family house and the only house you've ever lived. It's not a big house, or flashy, actually it's a old house over a hundred years old with Good Bones and in need of TLC and upgrades. Last year my sister was selling her house and Apryl was the buyer's agent. My sister raved how much Apryl helped her and Apryl wasn't even her agent, she did more for my sister than her own agent as far as the care and compassion. So when it was time to place the family home on the market, I contacted Apryl. Best decision I made. She set up an appointment to meet with me and look at the house and property. Very professional, very kind, very considerate of your feelings. She had my family's best interest in hand and she didn't disappoint. We hit some bumps when it came to potential buyers, but she was always so positive and NEVER had negative thoughts, feelings or words. That kept me on a positive path. The buyer was a perfect fit for this house. After all this, and all the time she spent with me selling this house, we now have a special bond. She is a RockStar, according to one of the potential buyers. After meeting with her he wished she was his agent too. She will not disappoint you. She was my advisor, my support, and my strength when I needed it. Like I said selling a house is hard, but with Apryl and her knowledge and leadership I knew we were in great hands.

This year I worked with Apryl to sell a property and she was extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. I have been working with Apryl on our home buying process over a year. She is very knowledgeable on market trends, expectations and excellent guide on what to do and what not to do. Apryl not only helped us with securing our dream home in this crazy home buying market but also guided us thru remodeling our home entirely within 1 month which is unheard of in today’s time when products and manpower is limited in construction/ renovations area. She has an excellent home remodeling company of her own, so she is like having a perfect package all in one. Realtor and a friend to go to for remodeling needs and her connections in this industry makes your remodeling process so easy and in time.
