Originally from the UK, I moved to Florida in 2004 on an E2 investor visa and, after two decades of business development and community service, proudly became a permanent U.S. resident in 2024 through the National Interest Waiver program. This personal journey gives me unique insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by international entrepreneurs and families pursuing their American dream.
With an MBA from Sheffield Business School and over 25 years in senior management roles in UK banking and insurance, I’ve built a reputation as a trusted real estate expert and business leader. For more than 21 years, I have successfully represented over 500 local and international clients, specializing in residential and commercial transactions, investment analysis, and visa-qualified real estate deals (E2, EB5, L1).
As Team Leader of The Bardell Team at RE/MAX Heritage, I’m proud to lead the #1 real estate team in the Four Corners area, having sold more real estate locally than any other brokerage. I also serve as Broker of Record for several businesses, including RE/MAX Heritage, RE/MAX Heritage Professionals, Motto Mortgage Homewise, and Refer Florida, allowing us to offer clients integrated solutions for real estate, mortgage, and relocation needs.
Beyond transactions, I’m deeply invested in the prosperity of the Four Corners area, holding leadership positions such as Chairman of the Four Corners Area Council, President and Board Member of the East Polk County Association of Realtors, and Board Member for Stellar MLS and the Osceola Chamber of Commerce.
Through initiatives like the Four Corners Business Expo and my work with Hands of Hope America, I remain committed to connecting businesses, promoting local commerce, supporting small business growth, and strengthening the community we serve.
