Brian was extremely professional and has great knowledge of the real estate market. He was very helpful in identifying what needed to be addressed with our house to make it the most attractive on the market, in its price range. Additionally, Brian is very helpful and provides great customer service. There was not a task that Brian was not willing to help take on. Brian also has great resources and a lot of contacts within the industry to help prepare your house to sell. Brian also gets ahead of the game by doing pre-inspections prior to going to market to identify any potential issues that may come up so you can remedy them ahead of going to market. We could not have sold our house for the value we did if it wasn't for Brian Dane.

First, a bit about our situation. We were out of state sellers, who had just gone through a hard experience with a renter who had neglected our family home during his tenancy. We were looking at several multi-state trips back and forth just to get the house listed. From the moment we first met Brian at the house, he filled us with confidence in his knowledge of the market along with his rolodex of contacts to help address the repairs that needed to be done to the home. Not only did Brian arrange the repairs that were needed, but he also had pre-inspection of the roof completed which was shared with potential buyers. Brian's pricing strategy worked well in the market we were in which resulted in multiple above price offers. The buyer we selected unfortunately had difficulties securing financing even though they provided ample documentation; however, Brian effectively managed the situation, and we moved on from those buyers and promptly relisted the house. Within days of relisting, we received a new offer and were able to successfully close on the house. This was not a straightforward listing, and we couldn’t imagine using another realtor and getting the same outcomes that we got with Brian. Brian is a friendly, understanding, well-connected, and knowledgeable real estate agent. His negotiations with the other agents were firm but fair. He took the time to educate us on the unique issues that arose with escrow funds and other issues that were new to us. We know these types of reviews can be taken with a grain of salt, but Brian excelled in all facets of what it takes to be a great realtor. Elizabeth and her team delivered again for this happy client. I put my house for sale just as the pandemic lockdowns started. Elizabeth and her team rose to the challenge, putting in place a sanitation plan and station to keep everyone safe. I also moved to SoCal so I was not always available to fix issues. Elizabeth took it upon herself to make sure the house is safe and that it is ready for showing at all times, she even watered the succulents in my small yard! She was available from the beginning of the process to the end. She was able to sell my house relatively quickly during a pandemic. Elizabeth and her team helped me sell two homes and buy one and I have been more than satisfied on all occasions.
