What can be a stressful, and inconvenient process, Brian made it bearable. We really struggled with the decision to put our property on the market given the slow down and increase to the interest rate. Brian talked us through it, we came up with a plan and did it. You must give him the ability to do what he does best. We had two weekends of open house, and during the final weekend, we had 3 cash offers. Brian handled the sale of our Rocklin house and did an excellent job. He is respectful, responsive, knowledgeable, thorough and trustworthy. He handled the sale after we had left the Sacramento/Rocklin area and he made the process easy for us. He was always available to talk, kept us up to date about recent changes in the local market, made sure he marketed our home in every way, and was quick to clean up our home and yard and get terrific pictures taken. He worked closely with potential buyers and their agents to make sure we got the best deal.
