If you want Real a Estate professional who is creative, honest, easy to work with, and attentive, hire Brian. I have bought and sold several homes and he is by far the best at his craft. What can be a stressful, and inconvenient process, Brian made it bearable. We really struggled with the decision to put our property on the market given the slow down and increase to the interest rate. Brian talked us through it, we came up with a plan and did it. You must give him the ability to do what he does best. We had two weekends of open house, and during the final weekend, we had 3 cash offers.
