I first met Willie, through my daughter he was her agent I was immediately impressed with Willie's work ethic and two years later he help me find my forever home. I could not have asked for a better agent. Willie was a great asset and advocate on my behalf. He gave me his honest opinion about the properties we viewed and alerted me to things that I would not necessarily think to notice. Because of Willie’s notable experience and expertise in real estate we were able to put together a mutually beneficial offer that was accepted and I had the keys in my hand four weeks later. But simply, he busted his a** to get me through escrow in record time. I would also recommend Willie just because he’s a great guy to be around. Willie is a superb realtor. He treats each client as if they were his only client (but he’s so good at it, he’s actually juggling quite a few all at the same time). He shares all his wealth of experience along with great personal warmth during the home buying race to find the right house in this competitive market. I first met Willie over the phone a few years back and when we decided to move cross country from Michigan to Ventura county I reconnected with him. Amazingly, Willie was able to recollect much of the details he’d noted a few years back and swiftly honed in on the kind of house that would meet our needs.
