You don't need a Realtor, you need KRISTA!! We started talking about the process about two years prior but we weren't ready yet. She always stayed in touch and kept us up to date on market trends, etc. When we were finally ready, she immediately went to work. Introduced us to a great lender who got us preapproved, sent us listings in our price range, and just listened to what we wanted. When we finally found our place and our offer was accepted, Krista WENT TO WORK! She hustled and took care of everything for us, answered all our questions, and was always available.
