Kelsey is the consummate professional! She has been a total pleasure to work with. I was so impressed with how well she understood the current market and what made the most sense for me. She went above and beyond in every way imaginable, from baby sitting my pups when I couldn’t take them during inspections to calming my jangled nerves; she was always just the cheerleader that I needed. I can’t imagine anyone else making this whole experience better in any way. She helped me find other professionals as well as craftsmen to help prepare my home for sale and guide me every step of the way through the escrow process. When I had documents to sign she always texted or called me to let me know up so I was never left hanging. Best of all for me was how she made a stressful time actually fun! It may sound suspiciously like Kelsey was my friend but, honestly, I did not meet her until I asked her to represent me in the sale of my home. But now, I’m happy to say, we actually ARE friends. This has been the start of a friendship that will continue long after our professional relationship ends! But if I do ever need a real estate agent again, Kelsey would definitely be my choice!
