Kelsey was always available, day or night, to answer every question I had. She made house hunting fun, always got the tea for us on the house, the sellers, and the neighborhood. She is extremely timely and knowledgeable. We felt so confident and taken care of by her and her team. She even gave us an incredible, personal gift after we bought our home! When I had documents to sign she always texted or called me to let me know up so I was never left hanging. Best of all for me was how she made a stressful time actually fun! It may sound suspiciously like Kelsey was my friend but, honestly, I did not meet her until I asked her to represent me in the sale of my home. But now, I’m happy to say, we actually ARE friends. This has been the start of a friendship that will continue long after our professional relationship ends! But if I do ever need a real estate agent again, Kelsey would definitely be my choice!
