When I selected a property that I knew had a few issues, Amanda was helpful with the selection of a home inspector, warranty company recommendation for which she paid for the first year of warranty service, and a handyman for taking care of any issues. With the timing that I was dealing with Amanda worked with the Seller's Realtor to negotiate my offer during a period of time of multiple offers/bidding wars. When my offer was accepted, I was elated! Amanda also assisted through the Title Company process with the Seller's Attorney. Amanda is trustworthy, pays attention to client needs, and great at building relationships. Amanda has not only become my Realtor but a great friend!
