I met Amanda when trying to find a Realtor to provide a lease for a property that I was planning to rent. Amanda ran a full scale Marketing Plan that provided me with such a great tenant that this tenant is still renting this property. Amanda did such a great job with this, I wanted Amanda to find me a property for purchase in an extremely tight time sensitive situation. Amanda was all accommodating and always available. After a discussion as to the type of property I was aspiring to have, I was amazed at Amanda's system for viewing properties. Amanda handled all scheduling. Everyday several times a day, I would receive emails that contained virtual viewing of properties for selection for viewing. Amanda was very proactive in meeting the viewing visiting schedule of the properties that I wanted to visit for purchase consideration. When I selected a property that I knew had a few issues, Amanda was helpful with the selection of a home inspector, warranty company recommendation for which she paid for the first year of warranty service, and a handyman for taking care of any issues. With the timing that I was dealing with Amanda worked with the Seller's Realtor to negotiate my offer during a period of time of multiple offers/bidding wars. Traci Oliver came highly recommended to us from a friend, and we started working with her over one year ago- just discussing what we were looking for. Traci set up a home search for us and we received daily emails with properties that met our criteria, but the housing market became so crazy, it soured our hopes in ever finding a new home. Keeping in mind what we were looking for, even months later, Traci proactively reached out to us when she saw appointments open up for a nearby community and encouraged us to take a look for a new build. It was exactly what we were looking for! We went under contract and Traci was there every single step of the way, celebrating milestones along with us. With the need to sell our current home- Traci took the time to come over to the house we wanted to sell and gave us some advice on paint and staging, all of which we took.
