This was our first time purchasing a home and also doing it from overseas. Cristie was very understanding of our lack of knowledge when it came to buying a home. She went through the whole process, from recommending local lenders, how to make a competitive offer. She kept us in the loop during the closing process and took pictures and videos of our house in the construction phase. We would recommend her to anyone looking in the PACNORWEST area, specifically on Whidbey Island.

Tracy and Owen have been wonderful to work with. We first used Tracy’s services to purchase our home. Five years later, she had left such a great impression, that we decided to have her be our selling agent. She responded promptly. We listed right away and she educated us on the market and even made a binder of the entire process start to finish and provided us with expectations and suggestions. I should also mention that we would get monthly newsletters and emails from her and her husband Owen, who work as a team. She helped us arrange a stager and photographed and assisted in coordinating and following up on contractors and maintenance techs if we weren’t going to be available. The team also scheduled multiple open houses and showings and followed up with agents and even with the lender we were dealing with for our new purchase while selling the current home. The Krueger team knew how to properly market the homes and kept abreast of selling trends and market predictions. (We found a buyer in about 10 days). I value honesty and integrity and the Krueger team met both criteria and went above and beyond, making sure the agent and lender I was dealing with while buying were honest and following the law. Tracy personally called all people involved to assist in the transition. Personality goes a long way and the Krueger team has always genuinely cared about our family and I never felt as if greed or self-promotion was a factor in assisting us. If I had to make this decision all over again, I would gladly choose this team to represent my family. The Krueger team has always been friendly, open and honest. They even took my family out to dinner as a thank you once we found a buyer. I would highly recommend the Krueger team.

Cristie Arnold is AMAZING!!! She has was able to figure out exactly what we were looking for within viewing just a couple houses when I didn’t even know myself! She was on top of stuff, which is REALLY important here. Anytime a new listing came up, she would contact me right away and was always willing to show it right away too! The houses fly off the market here. Well, the good ones in our price point anyway. We were really, really lucky to find our house, and even luckier to find her! Plus, she recommended Scott and Envoy to review our loan eligibility even though we were already approved through NFCU and he got us a whole percentage less than they did! I can not say enough things about her because she is THE best!!!!" Hands down the best realtor we have ever worked with. She not only met our high expectations, but exceeded them. She genuinely cares about her clients and will not pressure you to settle on something that you don’t really want. She has been THE best communicator, is knowledgeable, and has an amazing heart. Ms. Benjamin impressed both my wife and I with her patience, attentive listening skills, friendliness and intuitive sense about what we’d find appealing in a home. Having moved to the area from Chicago, we had a slightly unrealistic idea of what price would have to be paid to accommodate the criteria on our wish list. Nevertheless, Debbie did extensive research to find properties on the market that met as many as possible, given our initial price range. It was a learning process for all of us, as Debbie gently oriented us to the local market, and we slowly realized the need for more flexibility in our price range. Through her diligence, quick responsiveness to our questions and constant availability, the teamwork resulted in finding a home that struck a balance between our dream and pocket book!
