Under sad circumstances we needed sell our late daughter's home. Our daughter, while fiercely fighting breast cancer found herself with an incomplete kitchen remodeling project. After she passed, Debbie and her colleague, Charlene Janz stepped up to help grieving parents get the house ready for sale. Within 6 weeks this unfinished little bungalow was remodeled and refreshed. Less than a month later the sale closed. There were several offers and Debbie walked us through every offer, clearly explaining issues with each one. We are not neophytes to real estate transactions, but Debbie far exceeded our knowledge and she conveyed that knowledge to us with clarity and, most of all compassion. We so appreciate her professionalism.

From the time I told Debbie I wanted to sell my home she was researching information for me as I was looking to downsize on my next home. Debbie was very professional throughout the entire process. She would get information for me as quickly as possible as guided me through the process as this was not a normal process on this sale, (lot certifications and boundary line adjustments were involved).
