Tracy Krueger

Tracy and Owen have been wonderful to work with. We first used Tracy’s services to purchase our home. Five years later, she had left such a great impression, that we decided to have her be our selling agent. She responded promptly. We listed right away and she educated us on the market and even made a binder of the entire process start to finish and provided us with expectations and suggestions. I should also mention that we would get monthly newsletters and emails from her and her husband Owen, who work as a team. She helped us arrange a stager and photographed and assisted in coordinating and following up on contractors and maintenance techs if we weren’t going to be available. The team also scheduled multiple open houses and showings and followed up with agents and even with the lender we were dealing with for our new purchase while selling the current home. The Krueger team knew how to properly market the homes and kept abreast of selling trends and market predictions. (We found a buyer in about 10 days). I value honesty and integrity and the Krueger team met both criteria and went above and beyond, making sure the agent and lender I was dealing with while buying were honest and following the law. Tracy personally called all people involved to assist in the transition. Personality goes a long way and the Krueger team has always genuinely cared about our family and I never felt as if greed or self-promotion was a factor in assisting us. If I had to make this decision all over again, I would gladly choose this team to represent my family. The Krueger team has always been friendly, open and honest. They even took my family out to dinner as a thank you once we found a buyer. I would highly recommend the Krueger team.
