Chris helped us find an amazing lake house. He spent a lot of time understanding our needs, and searching for options which would best suit us. We do a lot of large group entertaining, wanted a place where we could own the land and had other specific items we were looking for. We were also doing a 1031 Exchange which complicated matters, but Chris was able to work through it with the seller. Lake homes are selling very fast so he worked hard to find the listings, get us out to see them timely and helped us understand how we should make an offer. 9 years ago we wanted to sell or rent our house. At first we gave it to an agent from Keller Williams for three months. That three months was big mess for us. No update or no news from agent. After many frustrated conversations, we found a flyer at our Doorstep. I Think it was a wonderful Miracle for us. Yes Dee and Jim Hays are wonderful Real Estate Agents to work with. They brought two wonderful tenants for our house and both kept the house like a brand new home. Moreover when we told about 3 months ago that, we want to sell the house. Believe it or not, they brought the Buyer in 9 days, contract signed 11th day. My wife and I cannot imagine anyone can do the job like Hays did to us. We just don't find a better word in dictionary to describe our satisfactions. We highly recommend Hays.
