Denise was a wonderful, calming influence throughout the entire sales process. She thoughtfully guided us to the correct, winning bid in a competitive situation. And once the contract was secured, she carefully guided both parties through all of the inevitable hiccups that arise during a home sale with a calm, steady hand that only a seasoned professional can provide.
