We first met Kevin over the phone after visiting Heritage Ranch on a vacation from CA. He was so knowledgeable about the community and gave us a good understanding of what the market was at that time. Kevin kept us up to date on the sales activity in Heritage Ranch through a website and with personal follow-up calls. After deciding to move to Texas to be closer to family, we contacted Kevin and he stayed in touch with us while our CA home went on the market and through escrow. After it sold, we made our way to the McKinney, Texas area and met with Kevin at Heritage Ranch to review properties. When we met him, we felt like he was an old friend through all the communications prior. The time reviewing properties was very productive. Kevin had organized different floor plans available and in our price range. Within a few days, we made an offer, and Kevin worked with us all through the escrow process until closing. We found him to be extremely helpful in resolving issues that came up, and not only in the sale, but also giving us information about the community and services available. On a scale of 1-10, we give him a 10! We still consider him to be a valuable resource to us as things come up that involve the community. We were extremely satisfied with his care and attention to our needs.
