I was very pleased with Ashley Berardi. I had planned on contacting a few other brokerages, but after I spoke with Ashley I decided that would not be necessary. She understood everything I needed and the concerns I had about conducting a sale without being able to be there in person. She was knowledgeable about selling property in the area which was very important for me. She assured me she had experience with the complexities of doing everything via telephone and email. She made all the arrangements, was always available if I had questions and concerns and ensured it all went much more smoothly than I had expected. In addition to being professional Ashley was also very friendly and I enjoyed working with her. I highly recommend her.

Ashley is one of a kind! She was so helpful every step of the way including helping us navigate a new town. She is prompt, amazing at communicating and staying in contact with us (even while she was on vacation). The best of the best! While Ashley was away another broker Gregg met us for a fireplace inspection. Again... prompt, helpful and kind. So appreciate this team. Highly Recommended!! Ashley's knowledge and experience in Northern Arizona is really exceptional. She listened exceptionally well to my wants, needs as well as my dislikes and was able to quickly identify several options. Heidi demonstrated great knowledge of the market and showed me several places to help me understand different neighborhoods and features within the homes. Heidi also helped me understand the positives and negatives of houses in the long term. This was my first home purchase and it was very stressful due to my loan officer. Dusty made this entire process much easier. She went above and beyond for us and we are indebted to her for all that she did. After talking to other homebuyers and friends about our situation they were all in shock at how much she helped us and all asked for her name. As I said before, Dusty will always be my real estate agent. Bluntly put, I'd be stupid to use another real estate agent after the service she gave us. Dusty for mayor!
