Dusty worked hard to sell our house and she always made time for our questions. She was excellent at screening out buyers that would not have been able to buy our house, which had some slab issues requiring only cash offers. She hired a premier real estate photographer, Daniel Steinberg who provided spectacular photos and drone shots of the property. Dusty is an exceptionally well-organized REALTOR. She kept the pace of the sale on track. She presented all offers to me in a spreadsheet with offer types (cash/loan/loan type/amount down), appraisal gap guarantee (or no), closing date, and other offer details to aid my decision making process. I appreciate her communication skills with other real estate agents, lenders, and the title company. She was able to create as seamless a process as one can hope for in the sale of a home.
